Do Napalm® single serve cups work in Keurig® brewers?

Yes. Our single serve cups work in any standard Keurig® machine, including the new Keurig® 2.0 brewers, as well as other leading single serve coffee brewers.

Does Napalm® use instant coffee in their single serve cups?

No way! We only use fresh, 100% Arabica coffee beans. Each roast is inspected and certified according to specific standards of each region and is labeled as premium coffee.

Why do we boast that Napalm® coffee is made from 100% Arabica beans?

Although there are over 100 coffee bean species, the two main ones that are widely produced and sold are: Coffea Robusta and Coffea Arabica.  The Arabica coffee plant originated in the highlands of Ethiopia and produces the finest quality coffee seed. It grows at high altitudes of 4,000 – 6,000 feet and requires just the right balance of warmth and moisture.  This in turn affects the taste of the coffee. Often the taste of coffee made from Robusta beans is described as burnt tires or rubbery whereas coffee made from Arabica beans is beautifully fragrant, sweet and round, and often chocolaty with an aftertaste of caramel.

What is a dark roast?

A dark roast is produced from dark brown coffee beans, which will show oily drops on the surface. Dark roast coffee is less acidic and will have almost caramel tasting undertones.  We make Napalm® coffee a little extra darker.

What does the boldness of a coffee refer to?

Boldness refers to the amount of coffee in each serving. The bolder the cup of coffee, the higher coffee to water ratio. With Napalm®, we pack high amounts of coffee into our single serve cups. Not only making it extra bold, but also extra strong.


When does my order ship?

We ship orders out same day if they are received by noon (EST).

How long will it take to get my order?

Once shipped, it may take up to 5 days for customers to receive their orders.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use both the United States Postal Service and UPS. In order to keep shipping rates down, we compare costs between these carriers and ship the most efficient way.

How can I track my order?

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information in over 2 business days, please contact us.
